Products eligible for return are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. We are able to refund the full price paid for a product, but we are unable to refund any shipping charges.
To initiate a return, please email support@suupcase.com with your order number and reason for refund. Refunds are granted to the original form of payment within 5-10 business days for processing.
If your product arrived damaged or is not of the highest quality, we will gladly replace your product for you free of charge.
